Ingredients
2 medium tilapia fillets cut into 6 pieces
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs (see note)
1/3 cup chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tbsp melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
lemon wedges to serve

Preheat the oven to 400F. area the tilapia portions on a baking sheet covered with cooking spray. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper and set apart.
In a blending bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic and butter.
Divide the mixture among the fish portions and coat them flippantly. Press the crumbs on with your hands slightly to ensure that they are overlaying the fish properly.
Bake the fish for 15-20 mins, or until it's miles white and flakes without problems, and the crumbs are golden brown.
Serve with lemon wedges.
Recipe Notes
word: to make a cup of fresh breadcrumbs, simply region 4 slices of barely stale (as a minimum one-day antique) bread in a food processor and technique until breadcrumbs shape. Italian or ordinary white bread will paintings the satisfactory for this recipe.
